Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with proven and extensive consulting experience in leading international professional services and management consultancy firms. I have more than 15 years of professional experience where I have been working on analyzes, studies, strategies, trainings, mentoring, coaching and consulting services in the business sector. In addition to the Certificate of Management Consultant (CMC®), I am also certified by the BAS program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Macedonia as an expert consultant, SHL certified Master Revenue Management Trainer, Certified Chartered Accountant, Certified Bankruptcy Manager, and candidate (2020/2021) for Certified Valuer and Certified Investment Advisor. I have been worked as a management consultant, trainer, coach and mentor for a number of small and medium-sized enterprises from the region of the Balkans, as well as for international and Macedonian public and government institutions and NGOs. As an external contractor I am providing services to international Institutions such as EBRD, USAID, UNDP, SwissContact as well as to NGOs in the country and in the Europe. I have wide and numerous experience as an expert in Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing and Communication, Public Relations, Marketing and Sales, Corporate Finance, Reconstruction&Reorganization, Budgeting, Compliance, Management Accounting and Reporting, Business Development, etc.
